This place used to be a well oiled machine (pre Covid), now, not so much. I have a big issue with pharmacist lack of morals and ethics when it comes to filling " Black Box Warnings." I almost killed myself a few days ago. I was prescribed Cymbalta. This drug is AWFUL! They should ban any and all Black Box Warnings drugs. Big pharma is only out for 2 things, your money and your life!"

"I get my prescriptions here every month. The service has gone downhill fast. I waited on hold twice forn5 minutes, both times to reach no one. I know how this works, I called customer service they transferred me and also couldn't get to anyone. Got a prescription called in from my doctor and 5 hours late after work they said they had it scheduled for tomorrow. Real, real bad today"

"Never really had a problem here. My tech actually attained my new ins info through a system without me having to say anything. Never once ran into anyone unpleasant. Even when I was annoyed my doctor sent my meds to the wrong place, still helpful. Minus 1 star because drive thru is always closed."

"Worst pharmacy ever. The staff has no clue on the status of prescriptions, they are unprofessional in communication and keep you waiting unnecessarily. I was informed a typical inhaler would take 4 days for insurance approval. Not the case. Approve that day. The FM rep was untruthful. Worst is they offer no support on buying OTC or using insurance. If you have insurance, go to CVS and not Fred Meyer."
