"Walgreens is a clown show. And it's not just this store. I have transferred stores and the same thing goes on. It's no problem if you just need a refill. My problem has been when you run out of refills and they contact a doctor. I have waited 7 months for heart medication to be filled by these bozos. Every medication is that way. They always blame the doctor but it's 100:% Walgreens. It's like there are children working there. 5 years I been doing this. I'm at my wits end. Go anywhere else but walgreens. I never had these issues at Safeway but my insurance got changed"

"Wow.. so i had a child with a broken tooth. I have bad legs. So i thought "how convenient" I'll use the curbside 30 minute pickup.. WHAT A JOKE. IT'S BEEN AN HOUR.. I called the number... it's another ridiculous 20 minutes of being on hold.. so they finally answer and they haven't EVEN STARTED IT!! I realize they are short staffed. . BUT MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN'T HONOR.... I'm short staffed too which is WHY I WANTED THE CURBSIDE PICKUP!"

"Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are understaffed, will post signs up saying they are closed & have them up for days at a time. They deleted out my script refill - knowing it can take a week to get an answer back or a refill from my doctor. Their staff is rude, unprofessional and ridiculous (they told me my script deletion was a system error & then tried to blame my doctor.) Go anywhere but here."

"I went to the store twice today and i think Susan was the lady's name. I was so impressed by her customer service. There were two ladies inline ahead of me and they were having issues with her coupons and Susan took her time and reassured the customer it was ok. Such patience and customer service."
