"Tried to pick up my medication twice after they said it was ready. Waited in line for half an hour only for them to tell me it was in fact not ready. The woman working there then said "didn't you get my message that it wasn't ready". They just wanted to close up and weren't interested in filling my medication even though I'm standing there 10 minutes before they close. I looked on my phone and there was no message or missed call from anyone. This is Walgreens pharmacy. I blame Walgreens for overworking their staff and creating an environment that hurts their customers."

"Had an 11:00 appointment for vaccines. I arrived 10 minutes early like suggested. I stood at the window for 15 minutes while the 7 employees chatted about their weekend plans. Then it took them 15 minutes to check me in even after I did the online check in. Then told to sit while they checked in 9 other people, and even though my appointment was first, 3 other people received their shots first... go anywhere else if you don't want to sit here for an hour."

"Had a vaccination appointment for 1220 today. Filled out all forms online and arrived early (1205) as suggested. Totally incompetent front desk staff. They couldn't locate the online forms and stumbled through the entire checkin process. It is now 1:19PM and I'm still waiting as are several other people. This is ridiculous. Was informed they were slammed with vaccination appointments today. However the last vaccinated person left almost an hour ago. Waiting an hour when you have a scheduled appointment and the loss of filled out forms is unacceptable. Will never use this Walgreens again."

"Bad experiences on the phone with the pharmacy today, waited 40 minutes on hold this afternoon around 3 PM to ask about a prescription, finally talked with someone. I believe the person I talked to has some intellectual challenges, seemed very slow to understand what I was asking, asked me the same question three times. I don't believe this is the right person to answering customer calls. I have been on hold again this evening for 59 minutes so far listening to "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll with you shortly." Likely time to see if the grass is greener in another field, this pharmacy's service has declined considerably."

"This place is really awful. You get notified your prescription is ready and arrive during posted hours only to find out that they are closed because they don’t have enough staff. A Fortune 500 company that provides a critical service, but they can’t have adequate staff to be open during their posted hours. They suggested I go to another Walgreens, which I did. Two days in a row, and both days I was told I couldn’t get it because they were too backed up. Too backed up to fill a bottle for me that day, despite having made me wait for two days because they were closed when they said they were open and despite my telling them I would suffer withdrawals if I didn’t get my refill. Instead of apologizing or expediting, I was told I should have ordered it earlier."
