"this place was decent. they have psychiatry and counseling, and they helped me get new meds etc. pretty quickly. Umm. Some of the employees change quickly, but the addiction counselors are always the same ones, who stick around. I did not see anyone at NWR do any disservice to any patients or people."

"Their out patient facility is a complete and utter joke. The administrative staff is rude, unprofessional, and treats clients with contempt and suspicion. They do not care about helping people, they just want money from you and/or the state. Group sessions consist of handouts from the 80's and browbeating about how AA is the greatest thing ever and if you don't go to AA, you are sure to die in a ditch. Do yourself a favor and get a private therapist who actually knows what he or she is talking about."
