"Through negligence or pure malice, not a single popcorn butter station worked, most likely to cut costs. My overpriced confectionary was dryer than Mrs. Shapiro. Every single non-theater seating option was before ticketing, so everyone had to stand around waiting for the clean up crews, up to half an hour if you dared to make the mistake of showing up early, waiting for the theater to open. The experience was like a 3 hour ad for piracy."
"The reclining seats with the heated option do not make up for heating. This is the coldest theater I have ever been to. Please turn up the heat. I was shivering and too cold to focus on the movie. This isn't just a one time experience. I have noticed this every time I come."

"I'm not sure why I haven't gone to AMC for such a long time, but I was so pleased on Christmas day when I went to see The Color Purple with a friend. I love the reclining chairs and the heated seats. Now I just need to have delivery service from the snack bar to the theater. That would make it perfect!"
