"Lost me as a customer. I switched to them nearly 2 years ago because was tired of Walmart. Was happy for all that time. But...about a month ago...it all started changing. The app changed (not their fault) but it seemed I no longer got updates on my scripts so one was filled, I had no idea, went looking for it, was sent to "In Progress" for days. Called, fixed, moved on. Then, last week, I was down to a few pills at the beginning of the week. Looked at the app, said the script was "In Progress". Didn't sweat it much....each day, I checked, same thing. Then, I was down to 2 pills, tried calling, went to voicemail and box was full. Tried calling several more times that day, same thing. Following day, down to 1 pill, called over-and-over again several times, same thing...nothing....my wife called the front desk and complained and somebody from pharmacy called me back shortly after that saying it would be filled in a couple hours....okay....so.....why an entire week to fill something that would just be a couple hours?!?!?! And no communication at all??? I get it....everywhere is busy and people are over-worked and there aren't enough people to do the work but.....unfortunately, I have medication that I need to just live....I'm not more important that others...but....still need it to just live....so...I'm done...everyone complains how Amazon takes business away from local places and why we can't get items locally at even big box stores...well.....no wonder Amazon takes business away when this is an experience when getting medication that a person really needs!"

"I've been trying this call the pharmacy for over 8 days now, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER the phone. It doesn't matter what time of day, they will NOT answer their phone?!?! Even my doctor's office and Insurance Company can't get through. Lord forbid something important from a doctor's office needed to be addressed. I understand they're short staffed, but their Customer Service SUCKS as well. That's too bad cause I'm sure they serve a large portion of the people in Woodland, and I'm SURE they're going to lose several people because of this. As for me, I will be changing pharmacies if and whenever I can actually get through on the phone. That or I'll have to go in in person. Sad actually"

"Very helpful, kind and patient pharmacy staff here. I am grateful to be able to get my prescriptions filled here, there are only 3 or 4 places in Woodland where one can do so. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and thorough. The hard working staff do their best to fulfill all their customer's medications. Nation wide shortages by manufacturers is not their fault, please be kind and remember this. Also, it's federal law to provide a lunch break for FT staff, I'm happy the employee are able to get theirs in, even while being short staffed."
