"I contacted Matt because my high school Daughter had a sports injury and needed sports massage. He let me know it was spring break amd he wasn't working but was going to try and fit me in that week. He never contacted me back so I contacted him. He told me he was too busy but would fit me in the following Monday. The weekend came and I heard nothing. He was contacting me via text, so I texted back about the time and had no response. I messaged him AGAIN Wednesday and he apologize that his schedule was crazy but would see her at 9 the next morning. My husband got off a 13hr shift, drove my daughter to his office making her miss school. He texted me at 9:06 am to let me know he is too busy and not at his office, and that I needed to schedule online (this is the first time he mentioned this) thanks for wasting my time!"
