"I have been care for a little over a month and the staff have been great they are professional and friendly the physical therapy have been great and now I will be on my way home soon"
"Visited my mom there for the 1st time, as live out of town. Clean, no smells, lunch in the dining room was nice. Staff were nice and plentiful. Nursing homes are inherently sad places, but I know that they are taking good care of her and others. It's a tough job and I appreciate the good care."
"I was here today to sign my mother in for rehab after being in an aut wreck. Everyone was so kind, considerate and very helpful. I truly appreciated that they made my mm and I feel at ease."
"I was surprised at the procedure, but it was thorough. Prompted by the screen, the check in took my picture as well as temperature. The usual questions about symptoms and vaccinations were easily answered by the screen reading me shaking my head, up and down for yes, left to right for no. The keyboard was simple to type in my name and who I was visiting. Then the app printed a visitor badge with my name and a reasonably good likeness. Did not have to ask for assistance even once."
"My first visit to Pacific Care since COVID. Earlier experiences had been positive. This time with all the precautions in place I was so pleased that the PT staff took time to tell me how my friend was doing. They were careful and supportive and positive in their approach. The director, Lou , was once head of the PT/OT dept. And spurred my husband to work at walking again. Same attitude from current staff. Thank you!"
