"I have never been treated more poorly in my life. Not only did I sit on hold once for 30 minutes, but after waiting I heard a click and was switched to the pharmacy hold where I was then “disconnected” before speaking to someone. I then called back and waited another 20 minutes on hold only to be rudely told that they cannot tell me if my medication is on back order or not. I’m disgusted at how I was spoken to and will be calling to file a formal complaint. If you read this I recommend you take your business elsewhere."

"This is THE absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever encountered, and we’ve lived in a lot of cities in a lot of different states. I gave this places multiple chances, but it’s consistently been terrible. Medications submitted that same morning aren’t filled until days later, the drive-thru experience 8/10 times is awful. You’re VERY lucky to get a decent interaction with the staff. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, a management issue or lack of awareness issue, but this place is absolutely awful and something needs to change."

"Walgreens pharmacy in tumwater Washington is horrible. I called them because it was a few days after my dr sent over my RX. I was told by the pharmacist that they are switching vendors and they will be out of my medication. I asked for an ETA because I didn’t mind having to wait. They told me it will be weeks and that my dr needed to send my prescription somewhere else. I called my dr to send it elsewhere then hours later Walgreens calls to tell me my prescription is ready. I get there after 20 minutes of waiting and they tell me it was lost and I needed to wait 15 minutes for them to fill. I sat in the car for over 20 minutes and receive a notice that it was canceled. I get out of my car wait another 20 minutes in line for them to tell me they canceled it so they could fill it. This whole experience was stressful to me I worked all day and have a young daughter. Very disappointed and feel frustrated with Walgreens and this is something that should not happen."

"RX was sent over the night before, arrived at 9am they said it was hung up on old insurance. Told me to come back at 11am. I came back at 2pm to be told again that it wasn't ready and I'd need to come back. I told them I was there at 9am and it should have been filled already, NOT STILL WAITING FOR INSURANCE VERIFICATION. I then waited an hour for my RX! I know it's not that difficult to fill a RX in a timely manner regardless of policies and procedures, especially if employees do them correctly. 24hrs is insane for getting an prescription filled."

"Wow. Just wow. I have never in 40 years of living experienced so absolute and gross incompetence. My daughter had a bad allergic reaction and was seen. The prescription was filled and not 1 day later you claim it was expired, hang up on us, and then after 30 minutes of keeping us on hold AND multiple hang up when we try and call you back? My wife, JUSTIFIABLY upset goes to speak to you directly and your excuse goes from expired to "OH the doctor didn't send it" Really? So when we had you transfer the prescription to another pharmacy the day you got it we only got half of nothing? You are the most incompetent, rude, worthless people I have ever had the grim indignity to work with. We will be reporting you."
