"I went to watch Dune Part 2 and was disappointed with theater experiences like uncomfortable seats, and disrupted projectors. I did not have a great movie experience here, please improve it."
"Went to see Dune Pt2, after pre-purchasing tickets and choosing our seats, to be told that the main theater (biggest screen) is closed down, and we have to reselect seats in a smaller theater (and now we can't get seats in the middle of the theater unless we want to be in the first row). No discount or reimbursement, our only option is to get a refund. And there was a dead 'pixel' in the center of the screen. All in all, a two star experience. Not sure I'll ever go back to this location"
"Our movie theater chairs were completly torn, thankfully the theater was practically empty. Bathroom stalls almost hit toilet, and there was no soap at all in the female bathroom. Customer service was good, friendly and kind."
"They were pretty friendly in their service and getting us through the lines. But the floors could have used a good vacuum or sweeping. Lots of popcorn on the floor. It wasn’t busy so I assumed the workers could’ve cleaned in between movies. Other than that it was a good experience"
"Usually, I would rate a bit higher, but the quality lately has been a bit discount theater. The last time I was there, they forgot to turn the lights off before the movie started. The food is not good either. The popcorn is decent but you have to butter it yourself and unless you ask them to fill half way with the bucket so you can put butter there, you are looking at buttery popcorn to being with but then nothing by the end. I feel like I get more service at the old theater in town than I do here."
