"Seats are super comfy, weird that you have to pick your seats when you buy the tickets. Popcorn was not very good but love that you can put your own butter on. Will be back but won't get the popcorn."
"Better Business Bureau and a lawsuit. I have never been violated by a business. I am so sorry Hood River peeps you need to boycot this horrible place for your safety."
"Customer service was awful in this place (except the concessions girl who was doing her best with no assistance). The two teens taking tickets wouldn't let me bring in my medium size backpack even though I offered to let them search it. It was half empty and has no pockets so it would have been easy to search and there was no one behind me, the place was nearly empty. It wouldn't have been a big deal to part with my bag except I had my 4y/o and 2y/o with me so I brought bowls for the snacks we purchased and all of our water bottles and now I had to carry all of the candy, popcorn, bowls, waters, and cider. I tried to explain this to the ticket kids but they kept saying, "Its policy, for safety". While I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to learn to juggle, finally one ticket kid offers me a small food tray but I still had to make two trips and leave my kids alone in the theater for a minute. I left my hard cider unattended during the first 30 second long trip and the manager(?) came over to lecture me about how I cannot leave my drink unattended because anyone could just come up and drink it. I apologized and tried to explain the situation quickly but she did not care and interrupted me to reprimand me again. She watched the whole time I was struggling and didn't offer help once, just added insult to injury. With so many films going direct to streaming and the high cost of going to a theater, you would think that decent customer service would be a priority but apparently not. We will be avoiding this place as much as possible. Oh, and the popcorn was stale!"
"I couldn’t agree more with all of these bad reviews. I’ve never had a worst movie theater experience. Management makes you feel like a kid again in the worst way. Major unnecessary policing. They keep the lights on in the theater so they can watch you while you watch the movie then come in and interrupt the movie in front of everyone if your feet touch the empty chair in front of you. One of many moments that they sucked the joy right out of the going to the movies. Take your money somewhere else. I’m sorry for the young people who work there and have to enforce the rules from the lifeless management. Sad."
"This place offers reclining seats in the front row. Though I do believe they charge for them since no one was in the theater we actually got them for regular price. The movie was excellent and spent three hours watching it!"
