"They are so friendly and helpful. They close pretty late (8pm). They are also closed during their lunch hour which is from 1:00-1:30. Plus any payment you make goes towards fuel points."

"God forbid I have to get my prescriptions on the weekend. This is the third time on the weekends I've had issues. The first time I forgave John for his unprofessional manner. The 2nd weekend he gave me a double prescription of the same RX and forgot to fill another one. Third time Anna was great, confirming my RXs to be filled today, but now my daughter how to make a second trip because there was a mistake and none of them were filled? I wonder if this was John again? Time to retire if you can't be professional, write down prescription requests that have to be found in because you state you have memory issues, and was your hand involved in this fiasco today? For years I had no issues with this pharmacy, but the last couple years I've been frustrated to tears. New Year, maybe new pharmacy as well. I'm going to have to go get corporate phone number and complaint form."

"I've had a positive experience here before, very friendly staff in person, but they can do better over the phone. I had my prescriptions moved to this pharmacy and they were filled one time, then I received a text a couple weeks later saying my prescription is ready for pick-up at my old pharmacy. I contacted this pharmacy, but the person I spoke to became impatient/frustrated and hung up on me as I tried to explain what happened and why I was confused. Hopefully she got all the information she needed but that was just not very good customer service."

"Walked in to get a flu shot - their website, signs out front, and my provider all said no appointment was necessary here. First thing they asked was if I had an appointment - when I said no, they actually turned me away. "I get off in like 3 minutes, then we'll be too short-staffed, sorry sir, maybe another day?" I don't have time for this - if they can't manage a simple flu shot, I'll take my business elsewhere."

"While I wish they had the convenience of a drive-through pharmacy for pick up I love the people that work here. They are always so friendly and helpful. My physicians office kept messing up one important prescription. The last time they did it I could not afford the out-of-pocket co-pay so the pharmacy gave me a 10 day supply of the normal prescription to give me time to sort it out. Their flexibility and consideration is commendable. Hands-down the best pharmacy in Bremerton and Silverdale."
