"I went to see Ben after crushing my tibial plateau and having it surgically repaired with enough hardware to hold a plane together. Before I went to Capstone Physical Therapy my knee had been immobilized in a brace for 3 months and my muscles had atrophied to the point where the simplest movements had become extremely difficult. Ben approached our Physical Therapy session with kind demeanor and a positive attitude which he backed with an incredible depth of knowledge. Ben's encouragement and enthusiasm inspired me to push myself further then I believed I could each session. After about a month of training not only was I walking again, I was doing 1 legged mobility drills on a balance board tossing a medicine ball back and forth. Ben gave me my legs back, and I couldn't be more grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Ben and all the folks at Capstone Physical Therapy are top notch."
