"I went to physical therapy for back pain and saw Alex, let me tell you a little something.. I thought physical therapy would be stretches and a lot of talking.. oh no no.. with Alex you get to workout at the gym and he PUSHES YOU. I went from barley squatting 80 ( bc of back pain) to squatting 175in 6 weeks.. deadlift before Alex was 95 and last session was 200! He don’t mess around! He is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and helps come up with a solution. This was exactly what I was looking for and now I’m able to push myself 1000x more at the gym. "Thought I would just be shown a few stretches and be sent on my way but oh man was I wrong. My physical therapist Alex actually had me working out on the gyms weight room floor and I've never felt better. The back pain I was getting from squatting is now gone since he showed me how to move the weight properly.
