"The only thing Victoria cares about is money, not helping children. She would constantly complain to me about how long it would take my insurance to pay her. I do not have a copay with my insurance, instead it is a coinsurance, she tried to make me pay my coinsurance a month in advance before my insurance was even billed or before we were even scheduled for appointments. I had to cancel an appointment one time because my son was sick. She was able to squeeze us into an appointment the following week. When I got there she told me she had given away my appointment for the next week without talking to me about it first. When I told her that didn't work for me and I wanted to keep my appointment due to my work schedule she basically said too bad the other family gets the appointment even though I was scheduled before them. When I received my bill I was charged $100 for my canceled appointment even though my child was sick and I gave her as much notice as I possibly could. I never went back after that. If you are looking for help you are not going to find it here. You will just find a money hungry lady that should have retired 10 years ago."
