"I recently had a first time appointment with Dr. Abbi at her office at the 1628 S Mildred (James Center) location. But unfortunately that didn't happen. I was given the WRONG location by phone and by email. Apparently people are too busy to answer calls from patients, and some of the receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially Marsha, who couldn't even tell me the directions on how to get to the correct location, even though I was only a few steps away, but I wasn't aware of that. I had stressed to Marsha that I had taken a ride share and since I was dropped off at the wrong location I needed to know the exact direction to walk in to get to the correct address. She could not tell me or direct me to someone who could. Instead, she kept repeating the address to me as if I was a toddler. Then she proceeded to mark me as a "no show" even though I asked her to please just reschedule me since she wasn't able to direct me. This morning when I attempted to reschedule an appointment, Marsha was extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative. When I asked her to put someone else on the line to assist me, she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to a lead, I was put on hold. Unacceptable!!!"

"if i could give her zero stars, i would. i went in there, told her the situation and she didn’t even acknowledge it. i then had a scan done after i had to REQUEST one and had to call multiple times a week to final get a hold of her. i needed to schedule a appointment to go over the results, i was scheduled about a month and a half out due to the doctor being on leave. the day before my appointment i get a call saying that my appointment is cancelled, no available appointments for the rest of the month. do not plan on coming back. horrible communication, very unprofessional."

"Dr.Monic Abbi, is One of the most caring and genuine Doctor's I have ever the pleasure of being able to meet and call my OBGYN. She cares of your comfort and also what's best for you. She also has great bedside manner. Which in my opinion and I am sure plenty would agree. Is something A lot of Doctors in opinion and I'm sure many would agree. Its something they have in these times. I was 15 when I first got sick and they way the pediatrician and specialists treated me a Childerns made me get very accustom to. So seeing an adult Dr. Be so rude was a shock to me. So to cut a long story short. It was nice to meet a adult Dr. bring me back to what I was accustom to."

"I was referred to Dr. Abbi for PCOS and she also oversaw me while pregnant. She is friendly, doesn't talk down to you, explains things in a way to make things easy to understand. She has an excellent bedside manner. I recommend her to all my friends."

"Dr. Abbi is amazing. She is human with you and doesn’t just give you stats or give you big words you don’t understand she makes sure you understand everything fully before anything takes place. She preformed my D&C and I just saw her for my follow up and I will be seeing her for my next pregnancy whenever that is! I drive from Olympia to see her ♥️♥️♥️ Love her!"
