Walmart Pharmacy,

"This is the worst Walmart Pharmacy in Puget Sound! And unfortunately it’s in my neighborhood. I went there today at their Walmart Pick up area, I wasn’t expecting that they have sent me an sms that the prescription is READY and when I get there they said that it is not ready til the 25th although the sms states that it is ready today. Which is fine, if they said sorry for the information. So I have asked for the personnel’s name, so I can write a review at Walmart, and then she immediately said that she will never give her name, and that I was yelling at her she keeps on hiding her face , she even said that if I want I can go to the store and complain to their manager , instead of taking the situation like a normal human being, she invented a story that I was Yelling at her, and disconnected the call over and over again . I tried calling again to ask about my prescription instead she took the phone from her coworker and disconnected the call, and called me back to say that I was yelling at her and she won’t give her name, and that her manager will call me back, she even created a story that I called her the other day and yelled at her? I don’t even know her? I talked to a guy not a lady days ago that he is confirmed that prescription is ready, anyway it doesn’t matter they could’ve say it’s not ready and sorry for the wrong information, then move on???? What’s wrong people? They do not take accountability on their actions , or be respectful to people, instead they choose to create stories to make them a victim? It’s all good, I learned my lesson! Thanks Walmart Pharmacy for yelling at me and show me what kind of professional you are! I appreciate your rudeness! Thank you to their HR as well whom she told me that she will talk to the Pharmacist manager and figure this all out. I wish that person have manners on people but I guess manners is no longer available at this time."

"Never had a problem before but today was absolutely ridiculous, back and forth on the phone and in person for 4 hours with them, they made my doctor resend my prescription like 5 times and still said they couldn't fill it even though he kept changing it the way they asked him to as I'm sitting there in intense pain after having just had ankle surgery. They didn't seem to care about trying to fix the problem so I could get my meds and go home. Finally I just had my doctor send it to a different pharmacy where it was filled in 20mins. no problem."

"Ordered a inhaler prescription for my 4 MONTH old daughter, pharmacy said it was going to be ready at 745pm got there at 745 waited in a short line and by 750 we were told it was not ready and that they were closed. Pharmacy is open till 8pm. The pharmacy tech wanted to help but the dirtbag pharmacist decided to close early. If the pharmacy would of told me they were not going to be able to fill the prescription I would of had time to transfer it else where but due to to the pharmacist who would not even look me in the eye we had to leave empty handed. I do not recommend using this pharmacy or even stepping into a Walmart anymore after this terrible experience."

"Drive through is absolutely useless. They leave you hanging all the time and you have to call back. You go on and they are not busy. There's nobody in line. It just baffles me that they even have a drive-through. Anyone getting a prescription here should just go into the store it's not worth your time."
