"Not too bad of a place to live. Nice residents and nice manager. Has some down sides. The dryer vents are right above the sliding glass door on the first floor, so if you want to go on the patio and relax.... get ready to have lint, and debris blown all over your patio chairs and table. do not eat in the back unless you like that taste...also on a hot day you open up the door and have the fan going... a whole bunch of lint just stacks up on the screen door. can't open up the blinds in the back without being harassed by someone's dog. A bunch of times they will leave their dogs poo in your area for a couple days before picking it up. wants you to go off the property and smoke. I don't get off work till 1:30am. to go off the property after 2am and smoke, just to be harassed by drunk and homeless people walking by. Not the safest neighborhood. A bunch of theft here also, car got stolen second night here."

"I’ve been here for four years my car has been broken into four times. My mail has been stolen more times than I can count. The water is expensive because they water so much it’s nothing but moss and mushrooms and the ground is swamped. Handy man not so handy tried fixing my water four times and it still doesn’t work. The carpet is old and icky looking but I put a big one over it. There’s been fights and thefts and shootings. The manager is a nice lady."

"Maintenance issues are not a priority. Always takes about a week or so to get anything fixed. Old appliances...Not worth the money, there's always a new manager every 6 months or so"
