"Quick, painless, and most importantly, the result was fantastic. My fan no longer reverberates beyond the bathroom and I couldn't be happier with my first maintenance request at Grant. :"
"I would Never rent here ERIc refused to call back clients or perspective renters. They demand a deposit at time of application but will take more then 20 days to return your money when declined for no good reason. Then they don't properly inform (First it's 2xs the tent...then 4xs the rent )even with your cosigner's income being 6figures. Not WORTH the Hassel of even applying.eric won't call you back even while having nothing to do in office .after viewing the homeless snuggled up in bushes outside doors makes for car prowling an home security an even bigger issue ....find a place that has the courtesy of call backs"
"You all want to charge me 2k a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. If there was ANY world where I would consider that a good deal, this place would NOT be it. There are STILL wasps regularly coming into my apartment. They are in my walls and ironically all my neighbors walls now too, and they want to charge me 2k a month. So much for "market" value. I want to report you to the police. I want the ENTIRETY of the public space to understand that this is a HORRIBLE place to try to build something up. They want to charge 2k a month for a 1 bedroom. There are wasps regularly coming into the living space I use. This ISN'T worth 2k a month. This isn't worth 1.5k a month, currently. Park South has done nothing to fix this. I will be moving because God knows I'm NOT signing a lease to pay 2k a month in rent to people who have allowed a wasp infestation into my home!"
"Best bang for your buck! Geographical location is perfect. Easy to access the freeways, very accessible via public transportation. The amenities this property offers residents goes above and beyond! Excellent floorplans for units. So many options and each layout makes you feel very homely! And for the Price, I don’t see any how anyone else can beat that for what this property offers. Love living here so far!"
"The guy fixed it quickly, but it took almost two weeks for him to get to this one issue. There are still FOUR issues still outstanding. I'm really displeased. Edit: after another week he came by with a screen so that was nice. However, at this point, it's been a month and we still don't have a fully functional kitchen. The best we've heard is that they're busy. I'm trying to be patient and pleasant, but if you're going to have a survey here's an honest response. Edit. They called the electrician. The electrician replaced the outlet in like 10 minutes. Maybe next time it won’t take them more than a month? Seriously, they could have just called the electrician day one. But what’s really driving me nuts is it’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t gotten my dishwasher fixed. It has never worked. Their in-house maintenance guy came and looked at it but said he couldn’t fix it. I would have been surprised and impressed if he had. There’s something clearly wrong with the internals of the machine. It needs a specialist or to be replaced. It’s brand new. It’s either defective or it was installed incorrectly. But that was over a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve emailed them. Not response. Weirdly enough their software keeps sending me automatic surveys. Sadly I can’t give less than a zero. I would suggest the office override that’s feature until they fix my apartment since this is all public. But they can do whatever they want. And I’ll continue to pay for an overpriced apartment that’s too cheap to adequately staff their maintence department and/or too lazy to call the washing machine company and get this fixed."
