"This place is so gross and no parking bedbugs never got delt with they keep on switching management and this new Manger is very rude I had a fire a huge fire and they didn't even change my carpet not anything got done right in so upset at this place always the garbage the laundry room is never clean go ahead look everywhere ciggerate Burts every where bums living in the laundry room and trust me not a good at all un safe place to not ever rate this place"
"Don't ever live here! There's mold, bugs, horrible management! Never quiet! Disrespectful neighbors! My apartment got flooded in October 2019 that was caused by a worker who was fixing the apartment above me and all the landlord did was dry it out! I still have holes in my ceiling from the flood and now there's mold because nothing ever got fixed properly! Horrible apartments!!! Don't ever get an apartment through Mike Whalen or Whalen 4 LLC!!"
"They have cockroaches and are definitely not healthy for people to be living in they also are so ghetto the cops are around there almost every night they do not take care of them and you end up having to pay for stuff to get fixed and the manager is so rude and unprofessional"
"They are the most ghetto Apartments I have ever seen. My granddaughter and her boyfriend lived in them a lot of thieving drugs they do need to tear them down. They left their dumpsters overflow garbage everywhere they're pathetic"
