"Friendly clean quiet controlled entry only drawback is parking very very under built the parking"
"Apts are very dirty they may look clean but they are infested with roaches and management has a problem with getting rid of the roaches even after calling pest control time after time and ive been moved to multiple units and each time the same problem i just wish i couldve found a review like this before i moved in"
"My mother in law, is facing eviction over "my wife and I living there". My mother in law has offered multiple times to prove we simply, visit a lot with our daughter. Manager responds with we can prove they live with you, so no you cannot prove they don't. (My wifes only family in the area, is her mother.) The enants allow their ofleash dogs to RN free My wife cannot even bring our dog to visit. Tenants allow their small dogs to run uncontrolled.. And the manager tells us our dogs not allowed. But if we leave dog inn car they call police for animal abuse. My mother in law has been reported for screaaming off he deck. But both her upstairs and down stairs neighbors do it not her. My mother in law is now facing eviction for aggressive pit bulls running lose and scaring people. SHE HAS ONE MIXED BREED DOG."
"These apartments are run by a wicked person. Danna polk. She has tried mutiple times to kick my disabled mother out for reasons that make no sence. My mom has a emotional support dog and danna has sent over 6 10 day notices becuase she says she has heard the dog barking continuously, when he does not she also has said that my mother has two dogs that bark and she only has one. Ms polk descimanats against disabled people and people on section 8 these are low income apartments and my mom pays 825 and was late once after 6 years of always being on time and danna has charged her 90 in late fees and 30 more dollars for having to get up and deliever a notice to our door. She contistintly is harrassing the tenants about the vistors that they have you can not have a vistor over not only becuase all the vistor parking is contintly taken up by residents of the apartments but becuase you need permission from her to have company and they are not allowed to have dogs or animales and kids are not allowed to be kids can not have anything with wheels cant have balls can not scream yell or play loud and have to only play on the small play ground and can not be out there past a certain time. Danna has now threated my mother that she will be kicked out in august. And danna personally had my mothers car towed becuase she was parked in our neighbors spot who had known we had parked there for two hours. I do not recommended these apartments until there is a new manager. This women is a reckless emotional reck who has descrimanated against the low income people she needs to be replaced becuase nobody in these apartments like her becuase of the things shes done and continues to do."
"Apartments are spacious, but there is absolutely NO VISITOR parking. There are maybe 3 or 4 scattered over the complex, but they are always occupied by people who live there. This makes it Extremely difficult to visit with my baby when having to Lug around a car seat, diaper bag, stroller etc up the the 4th floor"
