"My issues with this building started when the new management company took over. I'm amazed that Blanton Turner (the management company) is able to stay in business. Their customer service is garbage. I found it amusing the "Multi-tasking Ninja" that overlooks this property couldn't actually do their job. I was double billed. When they took over they failed to notify the residents that there was new management and that rent would need to be paid somewhere new. It wasn't until I reached out that they found it prudent to swing by later in the day and post flyers on the doors. If you're an early riser for you job and there's been inclement weather, don't expect that they will have taken care of the icy and snowy conditions prior to you needing to leave. If you're parked on the west side of the building expect to slide down the hill. Management can't claim they were unaware until the complaint call came in due to the conditions starting the night before. The trash and recycling for the property is inadequate so that half way through the week there is garbage blowing around the property. Also due to the overflowing bins, when they are finally picked up bottles fall out breaking on the ground in front of the apartment. This is fantastic for pet owners who have to walk their animals through the broken glass. I'm guessing it also doesn't help to curb the rat population in the neighborhood. I've had a package stolen from in front of the building. The noise level of the building is pretty high. If you're not on the the top floor and aren't lucky enough to have a light footed person above you, expect to hear every step they take. The dryer in the unit has two setting, burn and incinerate. Due to Blanton Turner I"m wanting to breaking my lease because I can't stand living here anymore. Trust me, they hold residents to a much higher standard than they hold themselves and have double standards. Bunch of incompetent hypocrites."
