"Probably some of the nicest apartments I've been in out here. Making that move for sure this summer. Toured the building with Mrs. Cassandra and she immediately made me feel at ease. The amenities is what really sold me. The views from the 40th floor offer 360 views of the city and the sound. The pet spa was really nice as well. The apartments i toured felt really spacious and i love the gas stoves on the upper floor plans."

"It's not perfect, I have heard neighbors complaining about leasing office services, fee charge and etc. But the spot, amentities and mentainance and frontdesk service really worth the price. I work for Amazon and have been living here for 3 yrs, 2024 is our fourth year here. I am glad we found Ethan from leasing office who helped us locked a 2B at low price, and supported us a smooth unit transfer and addressed bunch of repair requests(have to say they need better inspection for new apartment move in). He's one of the best agent I have ever met. Really friendly and smart dude. If you need to stay in SLU due to RTO and want somewhere cozy, here's one of the best choices you have(from somone whos been apartment hunting for 4 yrs in slu). Although I hope they can do better in their trash chute maintenance."

"Fantastic views, wonderful concierge guest services and amenities. Only real issue is layout of the units. The average units are very odd shaped very small compared to others in the area. However, as an ex employee of guest services in several luxury hotels, you cannot beat the client services, which is the closest to five star hotelier treatment in an apartment home you'll get in Seattle. The spectacular view of the space needle on the roof top's 360 view of the city is worth a visit. Someone in ownership is a fan of pets. So if you are a pet lover this property will cater to your 4 legged family member. They also have a very unique dog spa /parlor with 2 silver mascot statues to greet you and your pup. Two large baths one for large and one for smaller doggies. Innovative dry off area area with beds to lounge in while your doggie is drying under an extra special unique dryer system just for Fido. Then out the door you'll find several large "grass" patches ( with regular washing and hosing down keeping the elaborate "pee pads" sanitized w environmentally friendly sprays. While you are enjoying the roof top stroll, Lulu Belle can also walk the roof top w their master /mistress. Needless to say, for animal lovers, the McKenzie is a favourite and should be your first stop pet owners..."
