"We had a beautiful stay at one of their furnished apartment units for two months. The place is located in a quiet and peaceful city but also accessible to shops and restaurants. The unit itself is comfortable and has a warm and tasteful decor. The staff are very friendly and responds in time to service your needs and queries! Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Best experience.Will definitely recommend to everyone who will visit Tacoma, new at Washington State or anywhere in the Washington State Area. If you are a Travel Staff or someone who has a few weeks or months contract in at Washington State, you have to check 5R as a first option. Also someone who’s a first time visiting the US , Jeff and his team was very accommodating and understanding with someone like me who was adapting with the culture. 5/5"

"Coming from vegas, I was not used to the prices. However the property i stayed at just had all the amenities within a walking distance. The gym was fancy, the neighborhood was pleasant. I see the great value now and plan to come back again!"

"My husband and I have stayed at a 5R Suites condo in Tacoma a couple times every summer for the past three years. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy their properties. They have all been in great locations and are nicely furnished. Most importantly, their management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Upon check-in, we are immediately contacted to ensure everything is in order. They are incredibly responsive to each and every issue that has come up. We look forward to staying with them next year."

"WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Jeff is a terrible “property manager” and left my family and I homeless across the country. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I originally booked an Airbnb for a wedding that was canceled FIVE days before my arrival, it was canceled due to being turned into a meth lab (yes, you read that right!!!). Jeff, the property manager, directly called me and was able to get another place booked directly through his company, 5R SUITES. He warned me this property was having EXTERNAL construction work and that it was ONLY the siding being replaced so I booked. When I arrived in Seattle with my family of 7 (one being my infant son) he texted me to call him to help get us checked in. During our phone conversation, he informed me the house wasn’t just external but also internal, the windows were being replaced. I kept an open mind and asked if we could check the place out before we settled on anything. We got to the rental and construction workers were everywhere, we were told they would have access to the house during the week from 8-5, all furniture was covered in plastic, dust and dirt every where, no privacy for 2/3 bedrooms, totally unlivable. HOW is a property manager NOT aware of this BEFORE allowing a huge party to fly across country? I insisted they find us a safe place to stay and they weren’t able too. This weekend was booked with Taylor swift fans and blue jay fans, so rooming was very limited and expensive. Jeff directed me back to Airbnb and told me they would have to find me a place, even though I am now booked through 5R SUITES. NO place was even close to the original price we paid, he told me Airbnb would have to pay the difference, not his company. He even wanted me to LIE to Airbnb and not tell them I booked though him, so that it was their “original” cancellation that they would have to make good on. Yet, no sane person would fly their entire family across the country with no place to stay. My family was stranded on the street of Seattle WITH AN INFANT! Neither 5R SUITES or Airbnb helped resolve this urgent issue, I never received a credit or an accommodations (air bnb offered a whopping $119 but I booked on my own so I was no longer “eligible” for it) and neither company paid for the additional hotel expenses that we had to paid so we weren’t homeless. It’s taken me over a month to even write this review because I’m truly lost for words. This experience was beyond devastated!"
