Garden Pointe Apartments

"The manager nedzima has a huge chip on her shoulder. She seems to believe that everyone is against her and all residents are scum of the earth. Do not live here. I cannot state that strongly enough. First of all the rent is not cheap for the area. The area sucks. White center is awful. That said the management is godawful. In three years the gym and pool were never opened. When asked the manager would get angry and give a different answer and reason. Several times it was because the window had been broken by a goddam resident. How that is everyone else’s fault is beyond me. They advertise these amenities online. There are two maintenance employees for the entire complex and another complex so good luck getting something fixed in a timely manner. The manager will also tow your car to federal way or any of your guests if you fail to get a sticker. That’s 350 dollars. No call no warning. Keep in mind that no one would use that as free parking. There is nowhere to walk from that area and plenty of parking around the neighborhood. There is rampant drug use and drunks yelling. People smoking in the hallways. The carpet in the hallways is filthy. The plumbing is possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. A two bedroom is 2300. You can go elsewhere and pay maybe an extra 200 and get a super nice apartment on a much nicer neighborhood. Stay far away from this place. As far as you can"

"Avoid this place! Management was awful. They had bedbugs and gaslit us to try and convince us we didn't have them. We paid out of pocket to have the bedbugs treated and the professional confirmed them. We left after our lease was up, took good care of the place, and always paid our rent on time but they charged us an insane amount when we left, even though we paid first and last when we moved in. I just found out they are trying to collect 14k from us."

"If I could leave negative 18 stars Review I would. This is the last place you want to live in. The apartments includes a whole bunch of amenities that are not even available to residents. I have lived here for two years, and the gym/pool area has been closed the whole time. Unsafe neighborhood my car has been stolen. Management claims to have no cameras in the property when theirs is one. Good luck getting maintenance, requests get handled in like 6 weeks , and cars getting towed left and right."

"Nedzmina Hasagic has always been very professional, thorough, and prompt. I think she has been a very strong apartment manager for the Garden Pointe. Daniel Kutz is also a super competent site engineer. This apartment building is in good hands with these two."
