"I’ll keep this as brief as I can but words can’t describe how grateful I am for Jodie since first meeting him after traveling 3000 miles from Virginia to start my new life here. I became a resident in March of 22 when the building was “Alto Apartments”, and throughout the various management changes and recent rebranding to the current “Dorian”, Jodie has consistently been there the entire time for any questions or concerns I’ve had, as well as acknowledged me by name whenever we met in passing which truly made my experience here special and personal. He’s always gone above and beyond and he made my transition to this city seamless and comfortable. I enjoyed my time at Alto (and Dorian!) but I’ve moved on to a complex closer to my work now. Jodie set the outstanding standard for what I would expect from property management, and I’m worried as I move forward nobody else will compare to that expectation as the bar has been set too high from this previous experience. I’ll look back fondly on my time at Alto/Dorian, and if it was a feasible option I promise I would continue to reside there."

"I toured The Dorian today and was pleasantly surprised at how patient Scott was with my thousand questions. He took time with me without rushing and even took extra time at the end of our facetime to tell me about the neighborhood and gave me a tour of the neighborhood from the rooftop! I'm relocating from out of state and this made me feel very good. I appreciate the extra care. From what I could see via phone the building looks very taken care of and from reviews it seems the residents really like it here. I have not made a decision yet but this is at the top for me."
