"A great apartment building, aside from a few complaints. Well maintained, great property but the local businesses are a little rough. Pacific Topsoils is very close, so massive trucks coming in and out, coupled with constant heavy-equipment noises 7 days a week is rough. Next to them is a Polaris repair shop, which apparently requires red-lining small engines for 60-90 minutes as the only way to diagnose engine issues. Awesome. Other than that, awesome place to live. Clean, respectful neighbors in my experience, attentive managers. Great to live near the slough with the kayak/canoe launch point to get out to Lake Washington quickly. On-site guest parking is non-existent, although street parking is not bad at all."
