"Today I picked up an script from Burlington WA Costco's Pharmacy. The cashier, Kathy, was exceptionally patient answering all my questions and making suggestions. Not all employees are so patient with their customers and I told Kathy she should be made employee of the year. When there is so much impatience and anger with each other out there in the real world now, it is nice to find an old fashioned customer service agent that reflects the best upon her employer and herself.
