"People need to be warned about these apartments. It’s a very dangerous place to live. I’ve only been here two months. Within those two months there’s been 2 drive by shootings in the parking lot. They look nothing like the pictures online. Please do your research on these apartments before you even consider them."

"It concerns me that a tenant had over 5 to 6 boxes of rent checks in their home it concerns me to how safe I actually am here meaning how does something like that happen? Plus this person still lives there so clearly there cameras arent working right..."

"I just moved here and they are newly renovated new flooring and sleek appliances. stove dishwasher fridge and microwave included and the property is well maintained. it's very quiet with lots of parking. Convenient location within walking distance of my Dr at Tacoma general which is really important for me right now. So far only complaint is the water pressure could be better and hot water should be endless lol that's just my own personal opinion"

"My domestic partner and I lived here at Midtown 15 for a year. We rented a one bedroom on the ground floor. Management, Angela in particular, was excellent - very approachable , kind, and available. James- the maintenance supervisor, is one of my favorite people now after getting to know him during our time here. While we had only a few minor maintenance requests ( he secured the hanger bar in our closet and tightened up the wiring in one of the outlets) he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, personable, and he fostered a strong community among the residents there. He was always quick to say hello and had a way with making everyone feel included equally. We moved due to job changes, but would have loved to continue living there if life hadn't taken us to another part of Washington State. The move in process was quick and easy, rent was reasonable and easy to pay online, maintenance fees were low ( even tho they were consistently maintaining the property- cleaning the parking lot , lawn and keeping it nice and free of trash, laundry room clean etc.) When we moved out it was easy and stress-free as well- we even received a lot of our deposit back"

I have been in multifamily for almost 15 years on many grades of properties. Resident satisfaction is a high priority to me and I take my job seriously.
