"Everyone was super friendly and got my son’s prescription way faster than I expected"
"Nice, efficient, and accurate pharmacy and staff. Great overall."
"Was refused to be given my dose of antidepressants because of a physicians authorization need which I had just received from the express line. The pharmacist a small stature female then said she refused to fill it because the dosage didn’t make sense. I explained her why I have to take 5 units of 20 mg which I’ve been taking under insurance for years now. She tries to argue with me about what dosages the capsules come in. I tell her that doesn’t matter to me. She says she will not fill my antibiotic because it’s already been filled. I tell her yes and they want me to take more now and have written another prescription. At this point I’m crying and in pain from being sick with bronchitis and excruciating migraine. I tell her “ I just need my medication so I don’t feel like I want to kill myself from this migraine.” Dramatic to you maybe but to me it’s real. Never did I threaten her or yell at her. She backs up looks at me with disgust and tells me “sit down!” I do then get up and ask “can I just ask if I’m sitting because you’re refilling my meds or for some other reason?” At some point she says she can now give me 4 pills of my antidepressant. Which does show she has the power to give me a dose to get me through till I can get some pharmacy to acknowledge my doctors approval. Now she will not talk to me and calls a manager as if I am a disgust for crying in pain. She now will not give me my antidepressant or antibiotic. This is digesting. I think it is racial or socioeconomic profiling."
"Yes, thank you for having educated, compassionate people at your pharmacy and very well organized"
"it's one of the best pharmacies I've been to I even appreciate them calling to let me know whenever my prescriptions are ready and they're very quick and super friendly but then again if you're familiar with QFC in town then you know that there are a lot of awesome people that work there"
