"Did not have a good experience living here. The apartments are low-quality, and mine was not cleaned well when I moved in. My bathroom had a strange smell the entire time I lived there. The maintenance team tried to address it but it never went away. There were several issues I had with their adherence to WA state landlord tenant law, including trying to raise my rent by literally thousands of dollars with only a few weeks notice, which they only backed down on after I told them it was illegal. They didn’t send out the proper notice of rights under Seattle law to residents when sending out rent increases, either. Finally, the charge was reversed when I called them on it, but they also tried to charge me an illegal cleaning fee. Be aware of your rights. Review the Seattle tenant rights pages and the WA LawHelp tenant rights pages, too. Know what’s allowed and what isn’t. It seems like the new manager, Conor, is more aware of the law than the prior manager, but he started after I left. It also seems like he wants to be helpful and is much more responsive, so I’m hopeful things will improve. But again, I only dealt with him after I moved out. I also saw that they just added package lockers, which is good- they previously used the Fetch delivery service, which was a nightmare. Based on my experience, I would not recommend but maybe it’s improving."
"Connor has been nothing but amazing! He is very communicative and is on top of sending out emails/updates in regard to our community. Spencer has done a thorough job on work orders that I have submitted and completes them in a timely manner! Rockstar team! I have noticed housekeeping has been coming more often instead of once a week which has been a plus! The new luxer lockers they implemented have also been a plus! The location is the best! As Chipotle and portage bay are directly downstairs, LA Fitness is down the street, Whole foods, QFC, and Safeway are all within walking distance, and lastly so many restaurants and fun bars to explore! Honorably mention to the year-round farmer's market that is a step away from your front door."
"I have lived here 5 months and have experienced excellent customer service from the team. Izzy a Leasing Consultant is always quick to respond and provided excellent customer service regarding a family emergency I had, making the situation much more tolerable. I'm impressed with the teams willingness to help out and accommodate me during that time. Spencer from the maintenence team was incredible fixing the maintenence issues i had with my apartment. I submitted a work order for three small issues I had in my unit. Spencer came out the next day and had the issues fixed before I returned home from work. I came home to the work completed and note detailing the work that was done. I was impressed with the friendly customer service and the urgency placed on my ticket, regardless of the urgency. This is a great place to live, and the views from the roof are incredible!"
"I lived at 4730 from end of April 2022 to 2023. I enjoyed it for the most part. Izzy helped me with my application and Axel answered all of my questions during the initial appointment. The main reason to why I chose this place over others in the Junction is the safety. Like others have said, the parking lot is secure, everyone knows almost everyone, and almost every door requires access via key fob. Mail was never stolen. I've never felt unsafe living at this building. The area is super convenient. I walked to the stores (Safeway, Wholefoods, TJ's), out to the bars. There is almost always someone out in the Junction, even through the residential area. Still be aware of your surroundings though, obvi. There's even a dog wash downstairs of the apartment that I loved! Spencer is quick with maintenance repairs and works hard to get things fixed, too. A few things worth mentioning: Parking is expensive but worth it in my opinion. Spots are super tight, and you will most likely get frustrated. I was lucky enough to snag an ADA spot with a valid placard. I would suggest reading through the fine print and every single line, acknowledging the charges that will occur monthly. There was an apparent "discrepancy" regarding the Fetch system they are required to charge you for - whether you use it or not. You will pay for common area electricity and such too. The elevators constantly smelled like dog urine through out the day. I know the floors are mopped in the morning... but a lot of dogs live here (good thing)! There is a dog run upstairs that owners rarely take care of and let their dogs do their doo, and just leave it for others to clean up. YUCK! For what it is, I found it worth it for that time in the life. I would live there again if I had to. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a spacious, clean, bright apartment in the Junction area. It is a little expensive, but you are paying for convenience and safety."
"When I first moved here, the management was constantly changing and there wasn't much stability, however two years later, Axel and Izzy are doing a great job! They are both friendly and professional, and get the job done. Furthermore, maintenance has been swift and work around your schedule. Most of the neighbors are nice friendly people, and the overall building is nice. Location is walkable to a bunch of restaurants and shops in the Junction on California Ave. I like the gym, rooftop, grill, dog run, and coffee areas! Parking rates are a little high, but that's expected for this area, and has been safe so far. Highly recommend for anyone moving to Seattle/West Seattle!"
