"Dave provided a personalized lovely adventure! From the tortoise, I deemed "Roomba" (because he followed us around), who greeted us- to the beautiful and affectionate female wolf and everything in between. I came for the sloths but was won over by the overall experience. 5/5 would recommend!"
"Highly recommend this interactive rare wildlife experience! Took my 10 year old daughter who loves animals because we heard about the sloths. I was expecting more of a hands-off viewing type of experience, but was stunned when Dave brought us into many of the habitat enclosures to hold, pet, feed, and interact with his amazing animals. The animals were clearly well cared for and respected, and Dave gave us careful instruction how to properly interact with the various animals. This is a very rare "bucket list" type of experience that we will remember very fondly. Looking forward to bringing the whole family back next time. Thank you Dave!"
"Amazing visit. Dave makes your visit comfortable, educational and adventurous. The animals are well cared for and respected, the atmosphere safe and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend."
"I had such a wonderful time at the sanctuary! Cannot recommend it enough, you can see that Dave truly cares for every animal there and he is a wonderful and informative guide. I loved seeing the animals at night and having the opportunity to feed them! Would definitely go back again. Thank you Dave!"
"We will definitely be back! This is hands down one of the best adventures we did this summer. My favorite parts were getting to hold an owl and touching hands with the raccoons. I like that the pace of the tour is a bit slower and only small groups of people that way the animals don't get stressed out. Dave is very knowledgeable and really cares for and loves all his animals. Also, the website says no children, but I called and asked and Dave informed me it was just an error needing to be fixed on the website. My kiddo was very happy to be able to join us for this tour. I will say this though... if you're thinking about bringing any kids with you please make sure they are well behaved and calm. A good portion of the animals were out of their enclosures hanging out with us, but I could see how a very energetic child or one scared of animals could put a lot of stress on the animals."
