"Dont live here! They changed our lease halfway through so we had to start paying more utilities which truly should be very illegal. Mold is bound to grow on your walls and they don’t tell you that when you move in so be prepared! There’s way more than meets the eye on your initial walk through so look close…"

"I lived here for about 2 years on the third floor and rented when the pandemic initially hit. Initially, I was worried reading the other reviews about the interior and the community, but my apartment and the community experience was great! Rent was reasonable, I had an epic view of Mt. Rainier and of TCC, and the apartment itself was spacious relatively well maintained compared to others in the area. Vina and Netta are absolutely the best. You can tell they really care about you and will do what they can to address tenant concerns or maintenance issues. I'm going to miss this place and the staff. On a side note, I am very happy that they installed key locks for the laundry rooms. It helps keep non-residents away."

"Excellent apartments. Units are not big, but 2br was great for our family. Lived here for almost 3,5 years, never had any problems. Maintenance guys are awesome, can fix almost everything. Office staff very kind, helped us to solve many problems. Good elementary school."

"I have been living here since 2017, and I enjoy it. Love my neighbors, we all watch out for each other. Management is the best. Vina, is the bomb. She cares about the residents and concern about what is happen around property. When I have an issue in the apartment I have maintenance within 24-48 hours. We just got brand new washers and dryers on the property."
