"The building is great and the manager is super helpful and proactive! There's no issues that she can't resolve. The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the building is located close to 99 which is good (lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations) but also bad since there are so much traffic and homeless people wandering around..."

"I'm a pretty harsh critic, so 4 stars is kind of a big deal from me. I've lived here for over a decade and it's only gotten better. The management is friendly and punctual with repairs and updates, we're on our 2nd stove/oven, 2nd dishwasher, 2nd water heater, and 2nd kitchen sink. My only complaint is about the washer and dryer, even though they're very new, I still hate them."

"I have many bad experiences was a n the back room, menager get in my apartment. When I hear a noisy , I looked at living rom she was in . When she saw me she said hi! And ran out. And I didn’t see her next one month. Even I didn’t have chance to ask her why did you get in my app. And also it’s not safe enough, I have 2 bikes stolen. And total 12 bikes stolen in the same day. And When I need menager help call them and they return my call one week later. Menager come and say wile will fix the doors and never fix. I told them kitchen light is not works They said we fix that light only when resident move out. I have many bad experiences as these. Finally I bought a home in a short time and moved out. I hope now they fixed the kitchen light."
