"Don't move here, it may seem like a good deal at first, but believe me it's not. I have barely been living here for 3 months and since week one I have had problems, my packages have been stolen inside the building and no one can do anything about it, their excuse is that they do not have enough security cameras. Now, I pay an extra $70 for a storage room where my stuff is supposed to be safe since it's inside the building, but someone broke in, forced the door, broke my lock and stole my stuff, once again they did absolutely nothing. In this regard, the building manager was very rude and she even told me that in her building a creep knocks on the door at night, that she would like her problem to be being robbed and that I should be grateful, lol, as if that were my problem. Once again, keep in mind that I have only been living here for 3 months, and if the renters insurance does not return my money, I will have lost more than 2 thousand dollars. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if someone tried to break into the apartments, I had to buy security cameras for mine because I no longer feel safe. I do not recommend this place to live, look for a safer place with friendlier staff who really care about the well-being of their tenants."

"The management at On the Park Ballard is absolutely atrocious, and the building is falling apart. One of the three elevators was out of service for over a year. No one knows what is going on. They are either unreachable, unresponsive, or try to send you to a "manager" who doesn't exist. They randomly add new unknown fees onto the monthly statement. They'll take them off when you find a way to get in contact with someone in person, then they'll add them back to the account the next week. I'm pretty sure the owner of this property, Greystar, is being sued on multiple fronts right now. I highly suggest never living in one of their properties."

"I applied for a unit back in July and before I sent in my application I called the lease agent to make sure if I don’t go forward with the unit, will I get a refund. She reassured me that I would, blindly I submitted my application and toured the unit again, to not go forward with the application. For context, the unit was never taken off the market because my application was never completed since my boyfriend also needed to submit a $250 security deposit (and thank goodness he didn’t because imagine being scammed of $500?) I cancelled my application while being reassured again I will receive a check of my security deposit, I asked if there was anything else they needed from me to make sure I will receive my refund. I waited patiently for months emailing here and there, calling the apartment complex while being reassured that I should receive a refund by check. It is November, still no check. I never felt such disappointment and felt so wronged before."

"Trying to rate zero stars. Avoid at all cost. I’ve been moved out for over a month and they will not respond to my emails nor refund my deposit, nor the extra $$ full months rent they “accidentally” charged me, despite moving out on our lease end date half way through the month. Have sent three emails in the last three weeks regarding this issue with zero response. Incredibly unprofessional management the entire time we resided in the building, which was over two years. Finally got out and they are still trying to withhold over $1000 from us. Greystar is criminal and has a class action lawsuit against them currently; apparently they only hire unprofessional and non-communicative staff to continue progressing their illegal behaviors. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance dudes, Edgar we miss you."

"Ballard on the Park is a great place to live. Lovely community, lots of amenities, comfortable apartments. Shout out to Brian Adams, the assistant community manager. The administrative office recently went through a significant change in staff, and Brian held down the fort through it all with deftness and composure. He made sure that residents were still receiving the same attention and care through the admin transition."
