"This place is just your step up from homelessness. Don’t rent here unless it’s your last resort. We needed a place fast with at least some sort of yard for our dogs. If you are even a few days late on rent they will send you an eviction notice. We got one every single month of the 8 months we lived there. We worked with the SSVF program to help us so they were responsible for the rent. It always got there sometime during the month and the apartment complex knew this. It was out of our control and they still harassed us every chance they got. This place is a literal dump, trash and people’s belongings everywhere. Only one dumpster for the whole complex and it’s never there or working when we needed to use it. They add random fees every single month so while you think your rent may be $2500 you’ll be paying closer to $3500 every month for things they list as common area fees, gym fees, garbage, pest control, the utilities. This doesn’t even include PUD, gas, or the $150 a month fee if you happened to have a 3rd car. For this amount of money you’d expect to live in a nice neighborhood; not a dump where cars constantly got broken into, things stolen in your own garage, or the needles at the park we saw on the ground the. We didn’t even see the apartment before moving in, and let me tell you it looked absolutely NOTHING like their “model home.” The apartment was literally falling apart when we moved in but we had no other choice. The whole time we lived there emails or calls never got answered. If you wanted something you had to go in person to the office. And after we moved out instead of communicating with our case manager and sending them the ledger so they could pay it, they just sent it straight to collections. This was the most stressful living experience we’ve ever had, they aren’t willing to communicate, and will just charge you whatever they want in unexpected fees every single month you are there. No wonder half the units sit empty."

"This place is so suspicious, don't trust the rates they give you. We viewed some of their rentals and they raised the prices on the spot from what their website says. They then called my wife saying they raised rental rates again. Seems strange since this was within a span of just a few days. The reviews should give you a fair warning. Also, one trash for the whole complex, and they will fine you and record you if you leave trash while the dumpster is gone. Seems like a easy way to create a health hazard. also a 99 dollar maintenance fee but just take a look around there and it is clear this place is grimy. I liked this place till I read the reviews and then I could see why these things were happening. Gross. Better places for the price"

"I have great experience would like to share it with you if you’re interested to rent at Carrlo’s creek townhouse; they are amazing management team, all of them have Great attitude, knowledgeable and professional hard worker team who willing to keep our community safe and welcoming to everyone regardless their background .starting with community manager who I met last year, he has great customer service skills as well as his team. Racheal-very hard worker, she always answering the phone and problems solver, as well as the new team members Stacey, humble woman; and last not least Calvin -the Maintenance team members, as soon I wrote the request, he came in great enthusiasm , the office called me as I requested ( so I could wear my head-scarf) and he take-off his shoes at the main door, and he fixed 3 problems in less than 10 minutes. I felt I am lucky to rent one of these townhouses. So if you looking for safe place to live, quiet area, high class neighbourhood, you will definitely choose my complex. The townhouse have great storages and high ceilings, as well as front and back yard or patio, and Garage . NO CRIME or DRUGS. Have blessing day"

"The staff that works in the office is amazing, and last night it was almost 6pm and Calvin from maintenance came to fix my door, very grateful. I really like my apartment, when they gave it to me it was clean and cozy."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE management and neighborhood. The garbage bins pile up for weeks and weeks at a time making the entire neighborhood reek. There is only one entrance and exit to this neighborhood, and it is frequently blocked by illegally parked cars and children playing completely unsupervised in the street. Management is swapped in and out more frequently than most people change their socks. For the price, there is MUCH better available in the area. Several of the homes and yards should be condemned in Carol's Creek - vermin are everywhere, dog attacks are REGULAR and never pursued by management, regardless of law enforcement involvement, and no one in this neighborhood is held accountable for watching their children. Worst of all - when you move out of this complex, the management will fight you tooth and nail and try to extort money out of you with phrases like, "We upgraded this unit, so you need to forfeit more than your damage deposit to make up for wear and tear." Leaving a unit in better condition than you found it and fighting for your rights and damage deposit will compel them to wait nearly 2 years and then send you to collections for money you've already paid. (Hint: Have a paper trail and impeccable records of everything. It really helps when you deal with slumlords like these!) It's legitimately criminal the stuff that goes on here. BEWARE."
