"This was an ok place to live until the last couple of years. Now you can let as many people, no matter who they are stay with you. You can even have 10 people in a one bedroom. They can bring all their cars with them too so there's no spots to park for the people who actually live and pay rent here. Come on down if you have expired tabs. Free parking. Your neighbors are also allowed to be extremely loud and keep you up until 1, 2 in the morning literally every single night and then wake you up again at 6 am when she's screaming at her kid to "fuc*ing get dressed" or when she's doing her nightly/ every morning yelling match with the creepy older sugar daddy who isn't supposed to be staying here and you're just told to deal with it. Kids here are even allowed to hit all the cars with their basketballs, footballs, etc... Not to mention your child can't go on his deck or walk out the front door without walking into a cloud of pot smoke or walk on cigarette butts. These are the same kind of people who care about kids enough to smoke the pot with their own small child standing right in front of them and smoke cigarettes while holding their newborn baby on their shoulder. Great group of people allowed to stay here."

"I lived here from April 2013 till Jan. 2014. The staff is grate and efficient. The neighbor are friendly. very quite place to live, close to shopping and restaurants, well priced. I would gladly move back if I came back to Tacoma. safe place to live."
