"I am rating this apartment 2.5 because of the parking issue that I keep complaining about almost every two weeks. you pay for parking space. The hotel Have their customers park in your parking spot and the apartment doesn’t do anything about it. The apartment management doesn’t feel concerned. This apartment manager once told me if I don’t want someone packing on my parking space, I should start paying $150 monthly for garage parking instead of $75 for just a parking spot. Or I should keep towing any car that park on my parking spot. My concern to this apartment. How many cars am I going to tow with my own money?"
"This apartment's in a great spot, close to malls and restaurants, and they've got 24/7 security. But here's the hassle: even though my unit is no where near ground level, that garbage truck shows up like clockwork at 6 AM every week, very loud, disrupting my sleep schedule which is very annoying. If you are not an early bird this will be a major inconvenience and something to consider before moving in."
"I stayed at Airmark for about 2 years and personally barley had any issues. My only hiccup was the heat wave in the Summer, the unit was a complete oven, super hot, no a/c that was my only bad experience. Over all my unit was spacious and cozy, I do recommend any future tenants to be a resident at Airmark. Their Luxer one service was also a huge plus, ensured safe packaging."
"Do not move here. I was super excited but then turned extremely disappointed. Pros: location. Parking. Price. Quick maintenance. Cons: theft, heat, loud neighbors. There has been SOOO much package theft here. Yes they have package lockers but that doesn’t mean the carrier has to put them in it. Sometimes packages are just left out in the open. Sometimes they are left by your door, but when coming home, they are gone of course. Cameras here and there but nobody will actually look at the footage. Same with food deliveries. Only 1 elevator works without a key fob so 90% of the time, the driver can’t come to drop off your food by your door. This was extremely annoying when I had covid. The office also just recently sent out a message saying they will no longer be signing or accepting packages for residents and since then, this theft has gone up. It’s only been 1 week too. My apartment was well over 80 during the summer months. Had to purchase my own AC unit since the complex did not offer me one. Couldn’t figure out how to install it in the window so had to tape up the gaps, which surprisingly helped. It’s now October and my apartment is still over 75 during the day and only goes down to 72 at night with my window open. Will wake up to bugs though since these windows have no screens for some reason. There is also a random spots on the floor in the kitchen which could explain why it gets so hot. Consistent people thumping down the hallway, doors slamming, people screaming up and down the hallway. People above me I can hear them stomp and drop things on the ground. In the bathroom, I can hear every time the people above me flush the toilet. Overall I am VERY disappointed in living here. Coming home from a long day of work, I should be able to relax and not have to worry about anything. But I always have to deal with something here. Will not be renewing my lease and I should have listened to the other reviews on here."
"Good neighborhood. Poor management. This place has high employee turnover. The front desk people change every 4-6 months but the manager always stays. The location is nice and secure. Winters are fine. But you won't survive the summers here. The air conditioners they give you don't work well. I will leave before next summer hopefully. Always communicate through email. They will retract their promises and statements every now and then. They also respond very late to emails or don't responds at all. So that's another issue. Also, there is a new fees for locker delivery. if your package isn't picked in 2 days you get a $5 fine per day. This is insane."
