"Expensive, Small, Poorly designed, Very poor management that’s almost impossible to reach, Loses hot water at least every 2 weeks, Loud neighbors, Trash nazis, No parking, Unfinished and unsafe outside, No appliances, Poor water pressure. Extra random fees every month HATE IT HERE. I am convinced every good review of this place is a friend of the owner and never actually lived here."

The unit I rent for my disabled son is unbearably hot all year long and the grounds outside of the building are still unfinished and surrounded by construction fencing. The management gouges its tenants with mandatory fees, such as 'valet' trash service ($50), payment fees ($3+), and other convenience fees. Be sure to dig into the details of your lease before you commit to this place based on the 'rent' alone."
