"I just moved to the area so I was a new patient. Dr. Whitney Archibald showed up with a bad attitude and stated she only had few minutes to talk. I told her that I have been in pain for months, she didn't seem to care which is rare for any doctors I have seen in the past. I asked her if she has any ideas of the causes/reasons behind the pain, she respond as she doesn't know with an attitude as if she didn't care. The worst part was she stated she didn't have time to review my chart(e.g. very recent ultrasound report) and has no interests to review my last year's chart(e.g. last year ultrasound report) that I have provided. The whole appointment lasted less than 5 minutes, I left beyond shocked and felt wasted time and money. Why would any doctors agree to see a patient when she does not care? It's difficult to see a doctor during covid-19, and Dr. Whitney Archibald most definitely made the worst out of it. I have received 0 information from her but heartless service."
