"On two occasions Megan was so rude to me on the phone. The last call she said “bye” and ended the call while I was still talking. I was very polite & only called to ask two questions. Seems unnecessarily rude. The 4 stars is because I’ve no intention to mess with the apartment ratings. 1 star for Megan."

"The location is nice in several respects, I have liked every neighbor I interacted with, and the floor plan, etc., are fine. Greystar is yet another evil giant corporation that creates fees liberally (sometimes it seems without reason), interprets contracts in favor of itself, and uses its overwhelming power whenever profitable. Lastly, apartments near the garage door and some stairwell doors are loud ... all the time. Much too loud."

"Great place to live! My wife, two dogs and I lived here for almost 4 years. Amazing views from the rooftop deck! There is a rooftop lounge, fire pit, grill and a gym. Management and maintenance are both awesome. Walking distance to everything as well."

"Element 42 has been a fantastic home for 4 years now. Location is excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great amenities and maintenance staff is prompt with any request. Management communicates with residents about any events and is easy to contact. I have just renewed for another year."

"Lived here for the past two years and loved it! Management keeps the building/community areas super clean and I’ve always felt safe and secure here. There’s so many great bars and restaurants walking distance from here and I‘ve always been able to find street parking close to the apartment, this is truly a prime location. Diego in maintenance is the best and always goes above and beyond to help you! 110% recommend element42!"
