"I’ve lived at Junction Flats for two and a half years now, and it’s been seriously fantastic. From the location (right in the heart of the Junction in West Seattle) to the rental rate, secure parking and entry, and the absolute kindness and flexibility of the leasing staff - you’ll absolutely love it here! I wanted to add a special shoutout to Dana, who helped myself and my now fiancée move in while we’re still living in Arizona - from coordinating and storing deliveries to ensuring that large items were in our unit and ready for us on our move-in day, I can’t express enough how stellar the experience has been. We will definitely be staying for years to come!"
"Junction Flats was an absolutely wonderful place to live and I miss it everyday. I lived in two apartments and both were perfect. I moved in when they were built and in the years there, everyone who works there always took care of me and anything I needed. The building is spotless. Requests were quickly dealt with. I have lived in other buildings and had issues with pet urine in halls, dirty elevators and rooftops a disaster after a weekend. You will see NONE of that here. I've read some negative reviews about Dana, the Manager. Dana works hard at making sure the building is not just another rental property. That's what makes the difference. You can rent an apartment or you can rent a home. She takes care of the building AND it's residents. She does care. She's an advocate for the building and the tenants. Like I said, I miss my apartment and neighbors tons. I highly recommend the building. You're in a very safe, clean and quiet space."
"I lived here for about a year before relocating due to unforeseen circumstances. I am now in the process of relocating back to Seattle, a little closer to work, and wish I could call Junction Flats home again. The property manager, Dana, helped me an incredible amount during my unexpected crises (medical/etc) and the move-out process was more than generous and compassionate. The building is always clean, the trash area is always well organized and maintained, and the other residents were always kind and courteous. The complex comes with a rooftop area for residents and a large dog run, making it a great place to live if you have a dog. It is nestled in a quieter part of the Junction, off California and far enough from the highway/surrounding streets that traffic noise was never an issue. The units are spacious and well-laid out. Once again, I cannot thank Dana and the management r team enough for working with me and being so courteous and always respectful. I am a bit dismayed by these other reviews and would caution against taking their advisement under consideration - there are far worse places to live in Seattle (see: Solara in Lake City, for example) and this is an excellent community run by hard-working, communicative staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!"
"My favorite apartment! The neighborhood is ideal, less than a block away from the lively Junction, yet it’s very quiet even on the weekends. I felt very safe while living here and taking my dog for walks. The building is very pet friendly, with a long dog run on the roof and pet washing station. The views from the roof are unbelievable. Probably one of the best sunset views in Seattle. I had a relatively small apartment, but was able to do a lot with the space because of the layout! Anyone would be lucky to live here!"
"Really enjoyed living here. Love the surround area and California Avenue. Very close to the bus stops for the C-Line to downtown as well as Water Taxi, 55 to Downtown, 50 to the Light Rail, etc. Less than 10 minute drive to Alki Beach. There are 4 grocery stores within walking distance and numerous restaurants. Management is great and quickly fix any maintenance requests. I love the rooftop terrace with great 360 degree views of the mountains. The apartment is very nice, lots of storage space, my only complaint is I wish there was my counter top space while cooking. Appliances are all great. Other people who live on my same floor are very respectful and quiet. Sounds don't carry through the walls. Would've easily resigned my lease but I had to move to a different state for a new job."
