The manager is caring and open to those who want more than a place to dwell, she allows for genuine interactions among the residents. Anyone would be lucky to live here. During a time when kindness and hospitality are hard to find, this community of people look out for each other."

"I've lived here 2.5 years and LOVE it. My home is my sanctuary. The building is charming, unique, and well-maintained. The on-site manager, Natalie, is fantastic. The James' greatest characteristic is it's sense of community, which accommodates private-seeking introverts and social butterflies equally well. I can't imagine living anywhere else."

"The owner of this property is inconsiderate of others. They seem to allow someone to run illegal piano lessons out of the building and you can hear this noise at all hours of the day. The poor piano playing can be heard from outside the building as it seems not to be soundproofed. I am sure who every lives around the area of the piano hears it directly into the home as of the piano was in there unit. I would not recommend this building to any one. They do not care to respect their neighbors right to quietly enjoy their homes!"
