"Been here 1 year and 5 months. Its not so bad. I was annoyed by rudeness of my neighbor blasting his music so late at night. And a few cars break in last year. Not bad place to live in beside those 2 things that happening . But been pretty nice so far."
"All started out well, but slowly went down hill. Chantra is an awesome manager! I have run into issues with the tenant above me, and Chantra is quick to resolve this issue anonymously. She is kind, compassionate, and a GREAT listener. I am grateful that she is managing the property I am renting at. I often see her outside doing maintenance and other such work. Tiffany does not treat frustrated customers with respect or understanding. She has no tact and is easily offended, which turned my phone call into a power struggle."
"Love the small apartment community. Magical change from March to October! When I first moved in with my family it was a temporary find for this apartment complex to be home, for we were wanting to rent or buy a house. We weren't impressed with management at that time or the maintenance. We spent 7 months here, and near the tail end we met Chantra the new manager and also the maintenance crew. They are phenomenal and I'm sad I wasn't able to have them the whole time we were there. Chantra is so empathetic and professional. Maintenance is on it and fun to talk with. Chantra has put so much effort into Coffee Creek and it shows. Love the new washer and dryers! My kids loved the play area. Sad to be missing out on holiday activities she wants to host for the Coffee Creek community. I wish her the best and hope she stays. I'll miss them and have appreciated them."
"I have lived at the Pointe at Coffee Creek for a little over a year now. Its a nice quiet place to live. If I need to have a work order done maintenance is prompt and efficient. Manager is available either via phone or email when i need something. Parking can be tuff to find but there is available covered parking if you want to pay for it. Overall i have been happy here. Price is good and the apartment is updated with beautiful wood floors and soft grey paint on the walls. I also love that they are pet friendly!"
"I have lived here for about 7 months now and overall it has been a good experience for me. I moved into a recently renovated apartment that includes hardwood floors, fresh paint and new fixtures, etc. The move in process was really easy and didn’t cost me a fortune like other places do. Jaimee, the manager is quick to respond to any issues or needs I may have and doesn’t leave anything unresolved. Any issues I have had have been minor and not related to the management company itself. As with any complex, there are rules set that some tenants choose not to follow, but from my perspective anyone breaking these rules appears to be held accountable. The location is ideal for me an my commute and there is a playground for the kids to play on. My dogs also have a large area to roam around. Most of the other tenants I run into are friendly and I haven’t had any issues with any of my neighbors. It’s pretty peaceful for me honestly. The only thing I would say I would like to see change is an increase in the number of washer and dryers there are along with the management company considering assigning 1 uncovered parking space to each tenant (at no additional cost)."
