"I would like to thank Katlyn,Courtney and Mrs.Tiffany for helping me with the process from the beginning to end. I’ve been here over a month and it’s so quite and I love it. The maintenance team are so quick with the work orders and issues come up I can put in a work order and it’s complete in a timely manner. Overall great community to live in I would definitely recommend."
"I have been living here for several years and I would like to give kudos to the entire management staff (Ms. Katyln, Ms. Tiffany, and Ms. Courtney) and the maintenance team. They are wonderful, caring, and proactive in managing the complex and you are greeted with a warm welcome and smile when you see them in the office. The complex is located far enough away from the city of Lakewood but not too far. My apartment faces the beautiful wetlands which are very majestic throughout the year. The 24-hour fitness center and the package center are great amenities. In the short time the management team has been here it's been exciting seeing the number of improvements on the property. Just like a kid, new things are exciting to see. Keep up the good work!!!"

"I am updating my review , I will say that the units look fine . But when you tour you’re NOT getting anything like the model unit . The model unit is wheelchair accessible so unless you need one of those then it’s not the same . During our tour two people told my husband and I that we’d be getting a unit exactly like the model. Then a day later we’re told we’re not getting vinyl that we’re getting carpet . Then a few days before move in we’re told we’re not getting stainlesss steel appliances.. but when we applied for the unit it says “renovated” , the only thing renovated was a new sink. I won’t have anymore updates until we live here for awhile and see how maintenance is and everything . But before leasing make sure you view the unit you’re renting and NOT the model ! Idk if I’m just cheap but these apartments are very over priced , so rent at your own risk"
"Military families beware! Too many problems to count. Work orders went months (years) without remedy. Intentionally withholding deposit for carpets that are over 5 years old. When the siding was replaced we had HUGE cracks on our walls and windows. I had a 1ft by 2ft hole in my ceiling for months. The windows were drafty and leaking, new ones were ordered, didnt hear anything back then they said they were supposed to be like that. Mold grew in the walls and around the windows and they refused to fix it (while I was pregnant). Theres not adequate staffing for the size of the property. No maintenance team so everything is treated as an inconvenience. Rent kept going up while the building fell into disrepair."
