"Apts can’t keep up with trash but the people who live here are dirty! Accumulate so much in a week & they trash the whole property. They can’t keep a solid consistent manager. It’s either a new one everything month or don’t have one at all. The elevator is constantly breaking down & I’ve even been stuck in it before for 20 mins! There’s a lot of elderly people too, who show signs of pain coming up & down the steps. Smh"
