"I was surprised at the prices. I do not consider this affordable apartments for low income households. Over two thousand for a three bedroom? True low income families can not afford that price. It should be based on 30% of a person's income which is considered affordable for most people. I had such hopes for this project to really help people out and can not see how these prices help anyone."

"This apartment rental complex has ten times the population density as compared to the rest of the community in the area. That means, if you take the number of people who reside within 100 acres of the neighboring community, you would be able to place all of them within this 10 acre apartment rental complex. Across the street is a middle school that had over 160 violent assaults last year, with 12 ending up going to the ER. There is no doubt the middle school across the street will become a doggie park for the residents of this apartment rental complex. I sure hope the city of Everett's infrastructure can handle all the outflow when the residents all shower, flush toilets, turn on their dishwashers and washing machines at the same time, day or night. Being this apartment rental complex is on the top of the hill, all the outflow in the sewer pipes are going to have quite an impact as it gushes all the way through the city of Everett to the water treatment facility at the bottom of the hill, across from I-5. But that will be a problem for the city of Everett to worry about, and maybe the people who live on the bottom floor."
