"I am so impressed and happy with The Blake apartment complex. I have rented a beautiful apartment with unobstructed Puget Sound view from my huge balcony. I am very impressed by the level of customer service and responsiveness of the management - Caleb and Tom. Caleb worked with me from the day of my rental inquiry till the move in date and beyond. He went above and beyond to ensure my move in process was smooth and uneventful, accommodated all requests, I appreciate his understanding when my trip to Seattle was delayed by 1 day. Overall - very satisfied and impressed with the level of attention to clients. Not to mentioned how beautiful the apartment building is, the lounge, rooftop and the location! Would recommend The Blake to anyone!"

"We bought a home here in West Seattle and recently moved out of the Blake Apartments after renting a bright, light-filled 2 bdr apartment for a year. We were so impressed with the staff -- the feeling of community they inspire, and the positive, helpful attitude that we experienced. Brandon was always there for us whenever we needed anything, and his upbeat, "can-do" personality combined with his stellar skillset was all that one could hope for in a Maintenance Manager. Lacy rocked it as a Property Manager -- responsive, always on top of things, and continually creating a friendly, community oriented atmosphere that made The Blake feel like home. And last but not least was Caleb, who fits in perfectly at the Blake and always made us feel like we had a good friend ready to lend a helping hand. The truth is, had we not found just the right house to buy, we probably would have stayed there forever!"

"I’ve been living at The Blake apartments for almost 3 years. This place has been great! It’s nicely located in WSeattle. Just a few steps from here and you’ll find, nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bookstores and much more. Since I moved here, everyone, including the previous manager and maintenance crew, have responded very quickly when needed. Lacey and her crew are doing a great job taking over as a new management team. The ambience at The Blake is pretty friendly. We are happy to see new faces and lots of fur babies too! This is a beautiful, safe and fun place to live. I hope you enjoy living here as much as I do!"

"My husband and I lived at the Blake for two years and we loved our time there. The office and maintenance staff was so nice to deal with and always quick to fix problems (just normal maintenance stuff here and there). Right before we recently moved out, the building changed property management companies. The new team has been friendly, communicative and really helpful in getting a couple final things wrapped up. Would definitely recommend touring at the Blake if you're looking for an apartment in West Seattle!"
