"Extremely poor experience and I feel taken advantage of. I had to move out early for work, and instead of paying the two month fee to break my lease, I continued paying rent because they gave me assurances that they'd post my unit on their website to find a replacement tenant. However, it's been two months and they've failed to follow through on this assurance. As a result, I'm stuck paying significantly more than I otherwise would have had they not misled me."

"PROS: If you have an apartment looking towards the Puget Sound, beautiful views. CONS: Moving in/out and receiving large shipments are a nightmare because they don't have a delivery dock like most apartment high-rises (Harbor Steps across the street has more than one delivery dock). Additionally, this area is incredibly loud (you are in the city after all) so ambulances, fire trucks, car horns and tourists being loud are the norm. There is also a busker that plays the bongos every single night from 7-10pm so forget about a relaxing and quiet evening."

"As a resident of Cyrene for two (2) years, I can honestly say it was the best apartment leasing experience I've had -- worldwide. Cyrene's location is phenomenal. The building's aesthetics are best-in-class. Amenities like the roof deck are awesome. Residents and guests alike can count on staff to be friendly, compassionate and professional. Of course, things go wrong with all edifices, but the swiftness of corrective actions by Team Cyrene and external vendors were timely with lots of relevant communications, which I appreciated. If one is considering a corporate relocation or just making the move to Seattle with a desire to be centrally located with excellent walk-ability plus appreciate an engaging team of leasing professionals, Cyrene is a wonderful place to call HOME."

"Cyrene is a great building with amazing staff and management, excellent amenities and gorgeous views of Elliott Bay, Mount Rainier, Olympic Mountains and Seattle skyline. The rooftop space is fantastic both indoors (private screening room, plenty of space and various kinds of seating options, gas fireplace, pool table, large kitchen/dining space fully equipped for hosting parties) and outside - has lots of seating, grills, and of course beautiful 360 degree views. Really enjoyed living in this building and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot in downtown Seattle."
