I must also praise Robert for his extraordinary commitment to maintenance. His ability to go above and beyond in addressing any issues with the unit, coupled with his swift responsiveness, is highly appreciated. Last but not the least, Justin who is so kind that he will make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Every staff member here greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. It's more than just an apartment; it's a community where everyone is valued and cared for. I am genuinely grateful to be a part of this wonderful community."

"Love Viktoria. The people are super friendly in this community, including the staff. Location is perfect and close to everything. Justin and Robert have been amazing, Justin (who is in leasing) is very responsive to help resolve any issues I have and Robert (who does maintenance) is super friendly and quick...he's always smiling :). Shout out to Genaro too. The building also smells good, all the time, like a luxury hotel. The rooftop views are to die for. CON: The only thing I would change is updating the furniture on the rooftop to match the luxurios view, it's too old."

"Living here was a pretty nice experience. The amenity was nice and the price was cheap for the gorgeous view. The staffs were very nice. Just be careful of the surrounding area as it could get pretty dangerous at the night, which is the sole reason I moved out eventually. The front entrance is well maintained and has 24 hours monitor so it is very safe inside of the property."
